As part of our ‘Under the Skin of Secret Surgery’ series, we’ve been taking a look at the experiences of some of our most valued staff. Today, our lovely nurse in the Czech team has been telling us all about her own favourite procedures, and what it is she loves about working in the glamorous cosmetic surgery industry.
What’s the biggest challenge in your job? It is probably the communication with the clients when I can hear their feedback and we can go through the treatment together and watch the changes before and after. Being a nurse isn’t any stereotypical job. There are always new knowledge and abilities I need to learn and there is no chance for a stagnation.
What’s the best part of your job? My favourite part is the post-op care when the clients are weak and they need nice approach and help. Also a psychical support is very important for them and I try to be there for them.
If you hadn’t become a nurse, what do you think you would have been? I think I would be a stewardess – for obtaining new experiences and improving in foreign languages.
If you were going to treat yourself to some surgery, what would you get done? If there was an acute need, I wouldn’t be afraid to choose anything.
What do you do to relax after a long day? The best relax for me is sport – pole dance.
